about bea
bea (they/them) is a glasgow based deaf, queer, non-binary, neurodiverse, mixed race scottish-thai working class creative.
while they wear many hats (some fancy, some slightly questionable), they are mostly an actor, director, writer, theatre-maker, filmmaker.
they also occasionally work as a BSL consultant, captioner (for both theatre and film) and creative access consultant. access is essential and because nobody should have to guess the plot through interpretive eyebrow dance.
when they can, they love to perform as their drag thing self mimi king.
